An RPCA Succes Story:
Mr. Chauncey Jenkins
After graduating from Richmond Prep in 2003, Chauncey became one of several RPCA students to attend Richmond Community High School, one of Richmond’s finest college preparatory institutions. While attending Richmond Community, Chauncey’s leaderhship and communication skills would lead him to become the president of the National Spanish Honor Society and vice president of his senior class. In addition to his post in these organizations, Chauncey also won an internship at The Jefferson Hotel, one of Richmond’s most historic establishments.
In June, 2007 Chauncey will graduate with honors from Richmond Community. He will attend Cornel University in the fall to pursue a degree in hotel administration. “RPCA has led the way to a lot of my successes. It taught me good communication and leadership skills. Richmond Prep also taught me respect for adults and those around me. I cannot thank Richmond Prep enough for the wisdom, love and, more importantly, the Christian background it has instilled within me,” Chauncey says. “I am truly grateful and will forever hold the school near to my heart.”
